About somatic coaching

Grounded in the principles of Somatic Yoga Therapy, this approach blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and embodied inquiry to help you integrate physical, emotional, and energetic layers of your experience. We meet virtually and there is no hands on bodywork involved.
Rather than fixing or forcing, we cultivate deep listening — noticing how your body speaks through sensation, posture, and subtle rhythm. Through guided exploration, you learn to release held tension, restore nervous system balance, and reconnect with your innate intelligence.
Each session is a collaboration between practitioner and client, honoring your body’s pace and wisdom. Together, we explore how patterns of movement and holding relate to patterns of thought, feeling, and relationship — creating pathways for authentic change from the inside out.
Somatic Coaching supports you in:

Sessions are between 60-75 minutes long, and $150. Single sessions are available, but a commitment of weekly sessions for 6-12 weeks is preferred. This provides the consistency needed to make real, integrated, effective, change in your nervous system and life. Packages are available and can be customized to your needs.
